From Zero to Hero : Igniting Positive and Sustainable Soft Skills Development - a LaQ® (JAPAN) associated workshop for Young Adults
Young adulthood is an important stage of life filled with new opportunities, choices and responsibilities. Between the ages of 18 and 21, many young people begin a new journey into university education, professional or corporate life, vocational and skills training, or other pathways towards independence. This transition can also bring uncertainty, pressure, self-doubt, persistent worry, low mood and questions about the future. Young adults may find themselves asking: Who am I? What do I value? What am I passionate about? What options are available to me? And how do I decide what comes next?
From Zero to Hero® Workshop is designed to support young adults during this important stage of transition. Through practical activities, reflection, teamwork and experiential learning, participants are encouraged to better understand themselves, explore their values and interests, strengthen important life skills and approach future decisions with greater clarity and confidence. The workshop aims to help participants recognise challenges and uncertainties as part of their personal journey, while developing practical ways to respond positively, make informed choices and move forward with purpose.
