Workshop Highlight - SIBC International Buddhist College, Sri Lanka
This three hour LaQ® associated interactive workshop for children of SIBC Buddhist International College included several activities and parent-teacher-facilitator discussions and a wrap-up review. Children were given the opportunity to discover their own thinking, planning, modelling and problem solving styles and approaches. It also brought children a fun and play based learning setting that encouraged teamwork and guided them in stress resilience.
Key activities included • improving the processes of child’s self discovery and overall experiential learning • improving communication skills and team work • improving creative, critical and innovative thinking in problem solving • improving skills of language, mathematical and informed decision making • conditioning towards attaining a delightful and fulfilled personality
