BTFP : a LaQ® associated workshop igniting positive change (for staff) at Queenstar Group of Companies, Meegoda, Sri Lanka
This three hour LaQ® associated interactive workshop for office staff included three activities, two facilitator discussions and a wrap-up review. Participants were invited to list and brief on two work/ role related questions and moved on to igniting thought provoking ideas, challenging the participants to problem-solve in varying conditions, encouraging a group/ team based engagement and a complete review and feedback for improvement.
Key activities included • Group activity 1 - Artefact building • Group activity 2 - A reward based productive competition • Facilitator discussion 1 - Problem solving. Arriving at the best solution. The importance of thinking creatively/critically/ laterally. Team vs Role. Role identification. Self- realization and containment • Group activity and facilitator discussion - Further discussion on teamwork, leadership, building trust, fulfillment and winning through self belief, enjoying the work • Concluding remarks
